Tim Johnsson
Founder
Tim Johnsson founded PhotonWorks Engineering in 2003. PhotonWorks rooftop photovoltaic trellises can be seen at Tim’s Punchbowl multi-family project, the Zeroplex, which is the first multi-family LEED Platinum project in the state. Tim Johnsson was the recipient of the ABC 2010 Excellence in Construction Award for Multi-family developments.
Paul Orem
Chief Executive Officer
PhotonWorks Engineering RME Paul is a licensed Journeyman Electrician, General and Electrical Contractor. Paul brings 25 years of contracting experience to execute Photonworks Engineering projects. He has managed Thousands of construction projects in the State of Hawaii. Paul’s own home is the epitome of a high efficiency net zero future, demonstrating his commitment to forward thinking designs.
Randall Bricker
Chief Operations Officer
Twenty-eight years of progressive experience in all phases of the development process and engineering profession including; project management, client relations, proposals, negotiations & contracts, procurement & invoicing, staffing & staff management, lead designer, inspector and manager for various federal, state, commercial and residential projects, provided surveying, engineering, construction & management services to both private and government sectors.
