WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING TO FILL THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:
Electricians / Apprentice
Compensation $20-$60hr
Installation of PV inverters, disconnects, panelboards, battery-based energy storage systems. Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand and power tools, diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system. Meet with inspectors complete required electrical inspections with AHJ.
PV Module Installers
Compensation $20-$40hr
Plan PV system configurations based on blueprints and construction drawings. Install flashings, measure, cut, and assemble the support structure for solar PV panels. Install solar modules, rapid shutdown devices, DC wiring, junction boxes, document and test installation upon completion. Must be able to work safely on roofs for extended periods of time and obtain fall protection training certification.
Safety Coordinator
Compensation $30-$40hr
Responsible for training, planning, implementing and overseeing employee safety at work. Ensure work is performed is in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety guidelines at all times. Assist supervisors in developing safety rules, safe job procedures, checklists, etc.
Safety Equipment Installers
Compensation $20-$30hr
Installation and removal for safety equipment such as passive fall arrest system (HUGS) Active fall protection systems. Operate equipment such as boom and forklifts. Set up and takedown of construction exclusion zones and scaffolding systems. Install, maintain, relocate any safety equipment the jobsite may require. Fill out daily reports, checklists, logs and report to the safety director any unsafe conditions.
Equipment Operators
Excavator, Boom Lifts, Forklift
Compensation $30-$40hr
Proficient in the use of a diverse range of construction equipment, including, excavators, backhoe, skid steers and other pieces of equipment. Safely operate multiple pieces of construction equipment used in underground construction, excavation, trenching, backfill and compaction.
General Labor
Compensation $20-$30hr
Various manual tasks such as digging trenches, unloading building materials, and preparing job sites. Work on landscaping, construction, demolition, loading & unloading. Ability to lift heavy loads and use hand & power tools. Operate equipment such as forklifts, boom lifts, trenchers, and other power tools.
Warehouse Labor
Compensation $20-$35hr
Manage the distribution of materials, tools and equipment for construction projects. Ensure on time deliveries to projects. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Monitor warehouse deliveries and inventories. Receive and count material deliveries and returns from and to vendors. Prepare and kit materials for field crew. Work with procurement to maintain inventory at required levels. Operate forklifts, other material handling equipment and drive delivery vehicles to jobsite.
Electrical PV Superintendent
Compensation $40-$60hr
Supervise the crew in assembly Installation of PV inverters, solar modules and equipment related to PV & battery-based energy storage systems. Be responsible for field operations. Advise the project manager on necessary labor, material, and equipment to meet the project schedule and assist with the development of those schedules. Conduct inspections, provide quality control during and at the completion of each job then submit to the project manager a request for inspections once internal quality control inspections have been performed. Provide daily reports and coordination of labor, equipment, and materials for completion of projects.
Project Managers
Compensation $50-$60hr
Manage day to day administrative activities for assigned projects & contracts. responsible for project tracking, daily reporting, required submissions, & safety compliance. Develop successful schedules for engineering, construction, labor, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines. Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for products, projects, or services, applying knowledge of specialized methodologies, techniques, principles, or processes. Review data to determine material and labor requirements and prepares itemized lists. Compute cost factors and prepare estimates used for management purposes, such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work, preparing bids, selecting vendors or subcontractors, and determining cost effectiveness. Meet with customers and field staff to ensure plans and specs are being followed during construction and maintain project as-builts.
